Randy Clevenger, LUTC, MBA - Primary Agent / Agency Owner

Owner / primary Agent. Randy Clevenger founded Insurance Solutions of GA in 1992. Randy holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Florida State University and an MBA from Mercer University. He holds insurance licenses in GA, SC & FL. He has completed 2 parts towards his CPCU designation. He also holds the LUTC designation and has completed numerous claims and insurance sales classes. Prior to entering agency work, he was a Claims Adjuster & Manager for another nationally recognized insurance company. Randy, his wife and 4 children reside in Suwanee, GA. Randy enjoys golf, tennis and being involved with his kids sports / activities.

Brenda Higgins - Associate Agent

Brenda began her insurance career in 1990. Brenda specializes in reviewing individual insurance needs and customizing a program to fit those needs. In addition to Associate Agent, she has previous experience as Office manager and Customer Service Associate. Brenda is fully licensed in P&C and L&H in GA. Brenda loves to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.

Terry Fredrickson - Associate Agent

Terry Started his insurance career in 1996 and has been with with Insurance Solutions of GA since 1998. He is Licensed in GA as a multi lines agent. Terry is a member of Free Chapel Church in Gainesville, GA.

Randy D. Maddox - Customer Service Agent

Associate Agent Randy D. Maddox began his insurance career in 1998. Randy holds a Bachelors degree in Risk Managment and Insurance from the University of Georgia. Randy is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Prior to his current agency sales position, Randy had worked as a Claims Adjuster and as a Subrogation Investigator in Georgia. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys working with a college youth group at his local church and attending the football games of the UGA Bulldogs in Athens, Ga.

Rachel Banks - Customer Service Associate

Rachel began her insurance career in 2004. Rachel specializes in personal lines and enjoys helping customers with their insurance needs. She currently resides in Dawsonville Georgia with her husband and attends Gainesville State College. Rachel enjoys writing and spending time with her family and friends.

Elizabeth Rodriguez - Associate Agent

Elizabeth has operated her own satellite office of ISOG since 2004. Serving the growing Hispanic community, Elizabeth offers all lines of personal and commercial insurance. Elizabeth, her husband and 3 children live in Buford, GA.

Tanya Pacetti – Customer Service Agent

Tanya joined ISOG in 2005. Tanya specializes in providing superior customer service to all agency clients. Her knowledge of billing, policy and account resolution is second to none. Tanya and her husband are actively involved in their church, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, and their pets.

Jonathan Bryant – Customer Service Agent

Jonathan began his insurance career in 1989. Since then he has protected families and their assets through dedicated quality service. With over 18 years of experience he brings a wealth of knowledge to Insurance Solutions of GA. He is fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Jonathan lives in Dacula and has lived in Gwinnett County for over 20 years. He enjoys college football, hunting, fishing and spending time with his children.
